Bryan Walker, PE
President and Owner
Bryan Walker, president and owner of PECM, graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1997. Bryan worked construction while attending college and continued his career with Mid-Tec for 15 years after graduation. Bryan served as President and Owner of Mid-Tec for twelve years before selling his stock in 2012 and starting a new career as VP of Operations for USA Tank. Bryan oversaw the manufacturing and construction services at USA Tank before leaving in 2015 to join Vaugh Coltrane Pharr & Associates Engineering. He received his Professional Engineering license while at VCP&A and worked there as an associate engineer for almost 3 years before starting PECM. Starting an Engineering firm has been a dream of Bryan’s for 10 years and he enjoys working with the people in the Food Processing Industry. “They are some of the best people you will ever meet. They are hard-working, honest and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.” Bryan enjoys getting to spend his days off with his wife Cindy, and their three children Jessica, Abby and Myles.

John Cook, PE
John Cook, vice president and co-owner of PECM, graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. John is a licensed mechanical engineer in multiple states. John has a passion for mechanical and food related systems from growing up working in an automotive shop and on a small farm. John spent most of his earlier career working for Vaughn, Coltrane, Pharr & Associates as a mechanical engineer. John spent 5 years gaining experience in the municipal water and wastewater industry before returning to Vaughn, Coltrane, Pharr & Associates and then helping to start PECM. John has a combined 18 years of experience designing projects and producing construction documents. John and his wife Brooke spend most of their time off with their three children Shelby, Logan and Jackson running between dance, football and baseball.
